Suvendu Adhikari meets Ambani, discusses big investment and job opportunities in Bengal
West Bengal Chief Minister Suvendu Adhikari on Monday met Reliance Industries Limited (RIL) Chairman Mukesh Ambani and Director Anant Ambani at their Mumbai residence, where they discussed possibilities for industrial growth and employment generation in the state.
Following the meeting, Adhikari said in a post on X that he had visited the residence of the industrialist and offered prayers before Lord Ganesha for the "peace, progress and prosperity" of the nation.

During the interaction at Antilia, Adhikari presented the Ambani family with a special holy memento of Maa Kali from West Bengal.
"As a sacred token carrying the soul, spirit and timeless devotion of our State, I had the honour of presenting a special holy memento of Maa Kali to the Ambani family, praying that the Divine Mother blesses them with good health, happiness and continued success," he said.
Adhikari said the meeting also focused on the potential for industrial development and employment generation in West Bengal.
"During our warm interaction, we also exchanged thoughts on the immense possibilities for industrial growth and employment generation in West Bengal," he said.
Inviting Reliance Industries to invest in the state, Adhikari said West Bengal was ready to welcome investments aimed at creating opportunities for the state's youth and supporting economic growth.
"Our State is ready to welcome visionary investments that empower our youth and drive sustainable economic resurgence," he said.
