Mumbai, June 25 (IBNS): Harshaali Malhotra, who plays the six-year-old mute Pakistani kid who loses her way at the Indo- Pak border, grabbed eyeballs in the teaser of Bajrangi Bhaijaan.
Harshaali's performance has been loved by all, though she will not be a part of the film’s promotional campaign.

Harshaali’s absence is a marketing strategy to keep the curiosity around her character alive .

Her role is central to the film’s story and so, it was decided by both Salman Khan and director Kabir Khan that they will not reveal too many details about her.

In fact, she has been asked not to interact with any media and she will also not take part in any promotional events.

She will be allowed to speak to the media once the film releases.

In order to maintain the secrecy around her character, her parents have also signed a contract with the production company.

Harshaali shot for her portion in the film during her school vacations, so her studies have not been affected.
