London, Aug 14 (IBNS): After being found not-guilty of affray, England cricketer Ben Stokes has been added to the national team for the third Test match against India on the ongoing bilateral series.

Stokes could not participate in the second Test match at Lord's due to the legal case.

The English all-rounder was accused of an affray after a fight outside a Bristol nightclub.

The case dated back to Sept 2017.

England are presently dominating the Test series as they are leading it 2-0.

After registering a 31-run win in the first Test match, the home side outplayed India by an innings and 159 runs in London.

The third Test match, which will be played at Trentbridge, will begin on Saturday.
