IPL: Mumbai Indians beat Chennai Super Kings by 46 runs

Chennai, Apr 26 (IBNS): Mumbai Indians beat Chennai Super Kings, which played without captain M.S. Dhoni today, by 46 runs in the 44th IPL match here on Friday night.

Batting first, Mumbai Indians scored 155 losing for wickets.

Captain Rohit Sharma was the highest scorer with 67 off 48 balls.

The Chennai team never looked in the game from the beginning, losing wickets at regular intervals.

Their last wicket fell at 17.4 overs with only 109 on the board.

Mumbai Indians are now second on the IPL points table with seven wins in 11 matches.
