Hyderabad, May 6 (IBNS): The five wickets haul of the premium fast bowler of Rising Pune Supergiant, Jaydev Unadkat, helped his team to beat Sunrisers Hyderabad by 12 runs, in Indian Premier League, on Saturday.

Unadkat also made a hat-trick towards the end of the match by picking up wickets of Bipul Sharma, Rashid Khan and Bhuvneshwar Kumar, making it easier for Pune to clinch the win against the hosts.

Chasing a target of 149, Sunrisers could only manage to get 136/9 with two 40s scored by the skipper Davis Warner and Indian batsman Yuvraj Singh.

While Warner got out at 40, Yuvraj, who was the last hope for Sunrisers to cross the mark scored 47 before he was dismissed by the hat-trick bowler Unadkat.

Unadkat had the best bowling figure for RPS with 5/30 in four overs.

Earlier, Sunrisers captain, Davis Warner, won the toss and invited Pune to put the runs on the boards and the latter could score only 148 for the loss of 8 wickets.

After getting off to a slow start, it was Ben Stokes' 34 (29) and former Indian captain, MS Dhoni's 31 (21) helped Pune to reach a decent total.

In bowling too Stokes came out shining with three wickets apart from his 34 runs knock.

With this win, Pune reached the top two, just a place behind the table topper Mumbai Indians.
