Rishabh Pant mocks Tim Paine in Melbourne, calls Aussie skipper 'temporary captain'
Melbourne, Dec 29 (IBNS): The sledging between India and Australia reached a new height on the fourth day of the boxing day Test match on Saturday.
As soon as Australian skipper Tim Paine came out to bat, India's young wicket-keeper batsman Rishabh Pant mocked the former calling him "temporary captain".
Pant has been quoted by NDTV, "Have you heard of a temporary captain ever? Have you heard of it? Have you heard of anything like a temporary captain ever? You don't need anything to get him out, boy.
"He loves to talk. That's the only thing he can do boy. Only talking, talking."

Hey Mayank, have you ever heard the word "temporary captain"? I know one!

Pant's sledging came after Paine had mocked the wicket-keeper batsman earlier in the match.
Paine had mocked Pant over the return of former Indian cricket captain Mahendra Singh Dhoni's to the One Day International (ODI) team.
In the match, India are having an upper hand as Virat Kohli and his men are smelling their second Test victory in the series.
Declaring the second innings at 106/8, India set 399 as target for the hosts to win the boxing day Test match.
