Virat Kohli should be behind the bars, says KRK

Mumbai, June 19 (IBNS): Actor cum director Kamal Rashid Khan, who is popular for his controversial remarks, alleged that the Indian captain Virat Kohli should be behind bars for "fixing the Champions Trophy final," after India received crushing defeat against Pakistan by 180 runs.

KRK tweeted to say, "Virat Kohli should be banned from playing cricket for lifetime for selling pride of 130Cr Indians to Pakistan. He shud be behind the bars".

India was outplayed by Pakistan in the final in all departments and the batters put up a poor show as the whole top order crumbled down while chasing.

In a series of tweets, KRK ripped apart the Indian team and accused for fixing the final.

In an early tweet, he said: "All the players of Indian team should be banned by govt from playing cricket coz they have sold themselves n pride of India. #IndVsPak."

The actor even accused BCCI of fooling the 130 crore people and earning money at the expense of India's pride.

KRK suspected India's poor performance as the actor believes that the team cannot buckle down to such a low total, if the match was not fixed.

"Entire Indian team can never get out under 100 runs (Excluding 76 of Pandya) if match is not fixed. All Indian players got out themselvs" he said.

On Sunday, Virat Kohli went out at just 5 though he was dropped once. Pandya scored a breezing knock of 76, but he went run out due to a misunderstanding with Ravindra Jadeja.

Pakistan for the first time lifted the ICC Champions Trophy on Sunday and third time defeated the men in blue in any major tournament.
