World T20: Liam Plunkett replaces Steven Finn in England squad

London, Feb 27 (IBNS) England selectors announced that Yorkshire pace bowler Liam Plunkett will replace Steven Finn in the 15-man ICC World T20 squad.

Finn has a left calf strain and has been withdrawn from the squad for next month’s tournament in India.

England leave for India on Mar 8 and will face Sri Lanka, South Africa, West Indies and a qualifier in the group stages of the tournament.

Finn tweeted: "Really disappointed to have picked up another injury on my road to recovery. Gutted doesn't describe it. Good luck to the guys out there!"
