Shani Shingnapur row: Digvijaya Singh congratulates women activists

New Delhi, Apr 9 (IBNS) Congress General Secretary Digvijaya Singh on Saturday, congratulated the women activists after their kind was allowed to enter the Shani Shingnapur shrine on Friday, as the temple board amended their age-old norms, according to reports.
