FBI agents alerted US-based Khalistani elements of life threat after terrorist Nijjar's killing in Canada

Washington: America’s Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) met Khalistani elements in the US and alerted them that their lives may be at risk after the killing of Hardeep Singh Nijjar in June, according to a report by The Intercept.

Ottawa/Washington: The United States worked in close coordination with Canada to gather intel on the murder of Khalistani separatist Hardeep Singh Nijjar, a designated terrorist in India, that had prompted Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau’s offensive allegation about India’s involvement, media reports said.
