Mandi (HP): Congress will field Himachal Pradesh minister Vikramaditya Singh from the Mandi Lok Sabha seat against BJP’s candidate, Bollywood actor Kangana Ranaut, according to his mother and state party chief Pratibha Singh, media reports said.
