Afghanistan: At least 12 kidnapped soldiers rescued from Taliban hold
Kabul, Nov 24 (IBNS): At least 12 Afghan soldiers, who were kidnapped by the Taliban a year ago, were rescued by forces, local Khaama Press reported.
The rescue operation was carried out by the Afghan National Army (ANA) on Wednesday night in Pashtunkot district.
The soldiers were kidnapped a year earlier by the terror outfit after a chopper belonging to the army made an emergency landing in the aforementioned district.
