Afghanistan: Explosion in Jalalabad city kills 2
Kabul, Apr 9 (IBNS): An explosion rocked Jalalabad city of Afghanistan on Tuesday and left at least two people killed, media reports said.
According to local officials, the incident took place earlier today in the vicinity of 3rd police district of Jalalabad city, reported Khaama Press.
A spokesman for Nangahrar Police Headquarters told the news agency the explosion was triggered by an improvised explosive device which was planted in a police vehicle.
The identities of the deceased people are not known so far.
The Taliban or the ISIS have not taken responsibility for the incident so far.
