Afghanistan: Landmine blast kills 14
Kabul, June 20 (IBNS): At least 14 people were killed as the vehicle in which they were travelling hit a landmine in Marjah district in southern Helmand province of Afghanistan on Saturday, media reports said.
According to reports, five others were injured in the incident.
An official Umar Zwak told Pajhwok Afghan News the incident took place in Tarkha Nawar locality of the district.
The injured people were taken to a hospital for treatment.
