Afghanistan: Roadside bomb blast in Nangarhar kills 11
Kabul, Oct 22 (IBNS): A roadside bomb blast in Afghanistan's Nangarhar area left at least 11 people killed on Sunday, media reports said on Monday.
The deceased included woman and children.
Attaullah Khogyani, the governor’s spokesman, told Pajhwok Afghan News that the blast took place in the Momand Dara area of the district at around 11am.
Khogyani said the vehicle, in which the people were travelling, hit a roadside bomb.
An investigation into the incident has been launched.
No group has claimed responsibility for the incident so far.
