Dhaka: Fire breaks out in residential building brought under control

Dhaka, June 9 (IBNS): A fire broke out at a residential building in Bangladesh's Bangla Motor area on Sunday, media reports said.

Firefighters later brought the fire under control.

The fire started on the building’s fourth floor around 12:30pm on Sunday,  Lima Akhtar, an official of the fire service’s control room, told bdnews24 news portal.

Three units of the fire service reached the spot and worked to bring the flames under control.

The cause of the fire is still not known.

No casualty has been reported so far.
