Quetta:  Pashtun Tahaffuz Movement activists recently demonstrated in Quetta against the treatment given to leader Mohsin Dawar on Saturday.

He was barred from leaving the airport as soon as he arrived in Quetta on Saturday.

His detention took place a day before the Pakistan Democratic Movement (PDM) alliance hosted its third rally in the country in Quetta on Sunday.

"Once again our rights r being violated by state above state. I’ve been detained at Quetta airport with @nadeem_askar  I am told its because of security risks. Why are these risks limited to me only? We refuse to be silenced like this. We will not be intimidated," he tweeted on Saturday.

Later he reached Islamabad and said he will continue to speak for the people of Balochistan.

" Finally reached back Islamabad by road. After being detained at the Quetta airport
@nadeem_askar & I were taken to Dera Murad Jamali & onwards. Escorted by security agencies. They might have forced us out of Balochistan but we will continue to speak for the people of Balochistan," he said.
