Kabul: A video has surfaced on the social media where civilians from Panjshir region of Afghanistan were seen detained by Taliban insurgents and put in trunks of two vehicles.

"The incident happened in Kabul’s Tajik dominated area," sources said.

Panjshir remained one resisting region of the country even after the Taliban overran it with the help of Pakistan air power.

The Taliban captured it recently, completing their total overtaking of Afghanistan, a country where the group had ruled 20 years ago.

On Aug 15, Talibans entered Kabul and completed the capturing of the country.
