Kabul, Apr 28 (IBNS): The Taliban on Friday morning announced the launch of its new spring offensive Mansoori, local Khaama Press reported.

Mansoori has been named after slain Taliban leader Mullah Akhtar Mansoor, as the group claimed that it scaled new heights under his leadership.

The militant group also said that Mansoori will comprise  two sides- good governance for locals in areas under its rule and more coordinated explosion in government places.

The Taliban has also ordered civilians to stay away from government buildings in order to protect themselves from attacks.
