Kolkata: Chapter 2 hosting Goan Food Festival
Dining restaurant Chapter 2 is currently hosting Goan Food Festival, giving food lovers of the city a chance to relish delicacies from the region.
Commencing on May 17, the festival promises to take food enthusiasts on an unforgettable gastronomic journey through Goan cuisine's vibrant and flavorful world.
The menu of the festival has been curated by Maria Fernandes, Vice Chairperson of West Bengal Forest Development Corporation and Goan native.
Guests can indulge in an assortment of mouth-watering delicacies including Beef Macaroni Soup, Goan Chicken Broth Soup, Goan Chicken Croquette, Pork Sorpotel, Chicken Cafreal with Rosemary, Goan Fish Curry, Chorizo Pulao with Salad and the iconic Traditional Goan Bebinca, among others.
"To bring the vibrant flavors of Goa to our patrons through the GoanFood Festival at Chapter 2 was our long-time plan. Goa's culinary tradition is a blend of rich spices, freshly coarse ingredients, and unique cooking techniques that create dishes bursting with flavors. With prices starting just Rs 265 onwards, the Goan Food Festival in Chapter 2 promises an affordable yet indulgent dining experience that will delight the senses and leave a lasting impression.
The GoanFood Festival will be held from May 17 to June 16 at Chapter 2's Southern Avenue address, inviting food lovers to immerse themselves in the culinary treasures of Goa.
