Suspected Pakistani terrorist arrested from Jammu and Kashmir's Baramulla district

Srinagar, Apr 24 (IBNS): A suspected Pakistani terrorist has been arrested by security forces from Jammu and Kashmir's Baramulla district, media reports said on Wednesday.

The police say the terrorist, Mohammad Waqar, crossed the border in July 2017, reported NDTV.

He is a resident of Mohalla Miana, Mianwai, in Pakistan's Punjab, Senior Superintendent of Police Abdul Qayoom was quoted as saying by the news channel.

According reports, he has been operation from Srinagar city.

Police said he belonged to the Lashkar-e-Taiba party.

He reportedly did not carry out any attack so far.
