Kolkata, Feb 7 (IBNS) : Barely two days after her dharna against the Centre, West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Thursday appeared in another avatar- this time as an administrator and a statesman playing at the national level - pitching for drawing investments in the state and the country  as she urged industrialists who have left India to come back and invest.
