New Delhi/IBNS: The Supreme Court on Wednesday upheld the disqualification of 17 Karnataka MLAs by then Speaker KR Ramesh Kumar but allowed them to contest the upcoming by-elections due to be held on Dec 5.

New Delhi, July 25 (UNI): The Supreme Court on Thursday allowed two independent Karnataka MLAs to withdraw their petition on trust vote in Karnataka but slammed senior lawyer Mukul Rohatgi for being absent in the court despite being asked by it to be present on Thursday.
