Kolkata/UNI:  Alleging that "Dalit-oppression by BJP-ruled Governments is an open secret now," West Bengal Chief Minister Mamata Banerjee on Sunday said, "The party's anti-Dalit ideology enforces caste-based segregation even in today's day and age."
