Uphaar fire tragedy: Supreme Court rejects curative plea, declines to reopen case

New Delhi/IBNS: Declining to reopen the case, the Supreme Court on Thursday rejected a curative plea filed against the Ansal brothers, the owners of Uphaar Cinema where 59 people had died in a fire two decades ago, media reports said.
