nCov: 13 more test positive in Nagpur

Nagpur/UNI:  Thirteen more patients tested positive for coronavirus on Monday in this district of Maharashtra, sources said.

With the latest development, the active cases have surged to 142 by Monday morning.

All 13 patients were placed under quarantine at Pachpaoli based quarantine centre.

Of them, eight are residents of Mominpura, one each share Bhankheda, Juni mangalwari and Indora connection and 2 belongs to from Naik talav and Bangladesh premises.

With the latest development the total cases have jumped to 553.

Fortunately, close to 400 patients have successfully recovered from the disease and have been discharged after recovery.

The pandemic has, so far, claimed 11 lives in the city.
