Fire burning in my heart, says Narendra Modi on Pulwama attack during Bihar visit

Modi said: "I want to pay my homage to the soldiers who passed away recently."

"I can realise the fire burning in the hearts of countrymen today," he said.

"I would like to say the fire that is raging in your bosoms is in my heart too," he said.

Modi inaugurated several projects in Bihar and Jharkhand on Sunday.

Forty CRPF jawans were killed in a terror attack in Pulwama area of Jammu and Kashmir on Thursday.

The incident left the nation shocked and several political leaders, including PM Narendra Modi, condemned the incident.

Several foreign nations also condemned the attack that India has blamed neighbouring Pakistan to be behind.

Amid countrywide mourning and protest over the killing of 40 CRPF jawans in Jammu and Kashmir in a terror attack by Pakistan-based Jaish-e-Mohammad suicide bomber,  the government has decided to withdraw "all security and government facilities" to five separatist leaders of Kashmir.

Officials in the Jammu and Kashmir government said the five leaders whose security cover had been withdrawn are Mirwaiz Umar Farooq, Abdul Ghani Bhat, Bilal Lone, Hashim Qureshi and Shabir Shah.

"All security and any vehicles provided to them will stand withdrawn by today evening," the source told UNI.

"No security forces or cover should be provided, under any pretext, to them or any other separatist," sources said adding if they have any other facilities provided by the government, they are to be withdrawn forthwith.

On Saturday, Union Home Minister Rajnath Singh had said the security cover that is provided to people who get funds from Pakistan and its intelligence agency ISI would be reviewed by the government soon.
