Jammu and Kashmir: Srinagar grenade blast leaves 21 hurt

Srinagar: At least 21 persons were hurt as a grenade blast rocked Srinagar city of Jammu and Kashmir on Sunday.

Sources told UNI a grenade was lobbed on security forces at Hari Singh High Street in Srinagar which exploded on the road wounding at least 21 persons.

The injured have been shifted to hospital for treatment where the condition of one of the injured is stated to be critical.

The security forces cordoned off the area and launched searches to nab the attackers.

Police have not issued any statement about the incident so far.
