6.5 earthquake hits Chile
Santiago, Sept 21 (IBNS): An earthquake measuring 6.5 on the Richter Scale rocked Chile on Monday, officials said.
The United States Geological Survey (USGS) website said the epicentre of the quake was located West-South-West of Illapel city.
No casualty or loss of property has been reported so far.
Another aftershock, measuring 6.4 on the Richter Scale, was also felt later.
