Rif Dimashq, Jan 16 (IBNS)The Syrian Observatory for Human Rights on Saturday said Al-Ababil Army has made a 'deal' with the Islamic State over prisoners exchange in Syria's Rif Dimashq area.

The deal reportedly occurred on Thursday.

A statement issued by Al-Ababil Army as posted on the Syrian Observatory for Human Rights website said: "Al-Ababil Army at Thursday night made a deal of prisoners exchange with Daesh by the help of civilian mediation of Yalda town’s elders, where Al-Ababil Army released 2 detained Daesh fighters, one of whom followed the Brigade of al-Ezz Bin Abdulsalam who swore allegiance to the “Islamic State” in the south of Rif Dimashq in exchange for the release of three civilians from the town of Yalda who were previously arrested by the organization, and they are: the brother Zakary Omar, the brother Mohammed Sbinati and the brother Abdullah Younis."

"We in Al-Ababil Army promise ALLAH and our people in all areas of Syria that we will spare no effort to lift the injustice and terror inflicted upon them, whether it was a state terrorism by Assad regime or the terror of the extremist organizations, led by Daesh organization,” read the statement.
