Mogadishu: Attack in hotel kills 9
Mogadishu, Feb 27 (IBNS) At least nine people were killed as four militants attacked a hotel in Somalia capital Mogadishu, media reports said.
Militants entered the Somali Youth League hotel and launched their attack.
Before entering the hotel. they had set off a car bomb outside it, reports said.
"An explosion also targeted a popular park known as the Peace Garden,"BBC reported.
All the militants have been killed.
Al-Shabab, an al-Qaeda affiliate, has claimed responsibility for the attack.
