Kolkata/IBNS: Indian actor Taapsee Pannu has already expressed her excitement to feature in Shah Rukh Khan starrer Rajkumar Hirani's Dunki through a tweet.

Pannu, who has carved her own path in Bollywood featuring in films based on social issues as well as sports biopics, will be pairing up with Khan for the first time on big screens.

When she was asked about her assessment of getting this big-ticket film, Pannu told India Blooms, "I think it is the result of some right decisions I have made in my life. That's what it is."

After signing up the film Pannu had tweeted, "Yes it’s hard to make it till here, n it’s harder when u r all by yourself but then a superstar once said “अगर किसी चीज को शिद्दत से चाहो तो पूरी कायनात तुम्हे उससे मिलाने में लग जाती है” cheers to honesty, hard work and perseverance. Almost 10 साल लगे but finally “All is Well"."

Pannu, who got her first big break in 2016 featuring alongside Amitabh Bachchan in Pink, has increasingly become Bollywood's go-to-actor in sports films.

The actor is now waiting for the release of her fourth sports film Shabaash Mithu, a biopic on former Indian women's cricket captain Mithali Raj.
