Meet Deepika Padukone as cop Shakti Shetty from Rohit Shetty's 'Singham Again'

Mumbai/IBNS: Bollywood superstar Deepika Padukone on Sunday introduced her role from Rohit Shetty's upcoming film 'Singham Again', which will be the filmmaker's fifth film of his cop universe.

Deepika dropped a post on Instagram where she is seen as a cop.

In the first picture, Deepika holds a gun at someone's mouth while the second one is all about the actress.

Deepika wrote in the post, "Introducing…Shakti Shetty!"

Among many who commented on the post was Deepika's actor husband Ranveer Singh who said, " AAG LAGA DEGI."

As per reports, Deepika plays an important role in the film, which also stars Ajay Devgn, Ranveer Singh, Kareena Kapoor Khan in the lead.

Days ago, Kareena had dropped a picture on her Instagram profile joining the shoot for 'Singham Again'.

Kareena took to Instagram to share a picture where she is seen standing while a car is up in the air.

She wrote, "Do I need to say who I am shooting for? P.S-He is one of my most favourite directors.. This is my fourth film with him…and ofcourse not the last … Ready Steady Go… @itsrohitshetty."

Rohit's four films from the cop universe were 'Singham', 'Singham Returns', 'Simmba' and 'Sooryavanshi'.
