CricIQ is the ultimate cricket challenge, with multiple stages online, via the dynamic digital question platform and video rounds, and culminating in a final event in Bangalore.

CricIQ is a dedicated cricket fan test on a digital platform that includes:

·         A format that gives cricket-crazy fans multiple chances (three attempts a day)

·         An inexhaustible question bank to ensure that no user gets previously attempted questions in any of his future attempts

·         A fan contest in real time using live videos

·         Social media integration at all levels from start to finish

·         The opportunity to win a trip to Lord’s Cricket Ground in London, a day at ESPNcricinfo, as well as daily prizes

Ramesh Kumar, Head of ESPNcricinfo and ESPN Digital Media India, explains, “CricIQ reinforces ESPN’s commitment to creating fantastic digital experiences for cricket fans. We have used our 20 years of heritage and knowledge and our unmatched collection of news, information and data to bring fans a truly dynamic and engaging experience.

"Starting on fans’ digital devices and culminating in an on-ground finale we want to unite users across platforms and deliver an immersive experience. With CricIQ, we’ve built a property that taps into people’s knowledge of the game and recognize the same. Our quest is to honour and celebrate the greatest cricket fans.”

Hosted by quizmaster Joy Bhattacharjya, CricIQ is the ultimate cricket fan IQ matchup with participants from across the country going head-to-head in a battle to be the best.

The competition runs on www.criciq.com  and spans a period of eight weeks and three rounds. CriqIQ challenges fans who they know all about cricket to step out to the pitch and prove your cricket IQ and battle it out for the ultimate honour.

“I am really excited to be a part of CricIQ, the first ever interactive and dedicated cricket challenge, where we honour and celebrate the greatest sports fans,” said Bhattacharjya.

“Apart from presenting the show, I am thrilled to be involved in an initiative where people are not just watching cricket but learning about the sport and challenging each other. ESPNcricinfo is the world’s authoritative global voice on cricket, and is in a unique position to make this the ultimate cricket intelligence test.”
