India beat England by 75 runs to lift T20 series 2-1

Bangalore, Feb 1 (IBNS): Gutsy batting by skipper MS Dhoni helped India post 202 runs on the scorecard adn then it was Yuzvendra Chahal, who picked up six wickets, which helped the home side beat England by 75 runs to lift the title.

India beat England in the series 2-1.

Jasprit Bumrah bowled brilliantly to pick up two wickets and destroy the English batting lineup.

Joe Root (42), Eoin Morgan (40) and Jason Roy (32) contributed with their willowws but the remaining English batsmen surrendered.

England were bowled out for 127 runs with 21 balls to spare.

Earlier, India were able to post 202 runs for the loss of six wickets  in 20 overs.

Suresh Raina (63), hitting two boundaries and five sixes in his 45-ball knock, butchered the English attack.

Former World T20 winning skipper MS Dhoni  (56) hammered five boundaries and two sixes in his 36-ball knock.
