India take 213 runs lead in first innings against SA
Jadeja took five wickets by giving away 30 runs to demolish the South African batting.
His mesmerising spell helped India take a strong lead in the match, putting India on a positive ground even as the series has been won by the hosts.
AB de Villiers remained the top scorer for the side with his 42 while the remaining South African side surrendered before the Indian bowlers.
Umesh Yadav and R Ashwin took two wickets each while R Aswin picked up a wicket.
Riding on Ajinkya Rahane's 121, India scored 334 runs in their first innings.
Rahane, the man dismissed on Friday morning, scored his hundred, the first in his home soil, with a copy-book straight drive. The Mumbaikar accelerated right after reaching the 3 figure mark and hit a couple of sixes of Dane Piedt but was finally caught by A B de Villiers while trying to hit Imran Tahir for an inside out lofted drive.
His partner at the other end too completed his half-century with a six off Tahir.
The Rahane-R Ashwin (56) partnership not only took India out of turbulent waters but the 98-run stand also gave the team the stability in their first innings.
