Pakistani fans taunt Indian cricket team after final, video goes viral

London, June 19 (IBNS): A video has emerged and gone viral on social media where Pakistani fans were seen teasing Indian cricketers while they were heading towards dressing room after the Champions Trophy final on Sunday.

In the video, fans were heard passing comments like: "Baap Kaun Hai' (Who's the daddy)."

The comments were directed towards Indian cricketers.

While others remained calm, Indian pacer Mohammed Shami did not like the taunts and moved towards Pakistani fans to give an answer to his remark.

But it was MS Dhoni, who is seen in the video, holding Shami's hand, took him towards the dressing room.

Pakistan defeated India by 180 runs in the final to lift the title.

The high-voltage game had gained attention as fans from both the nations had been waging verbal wars in different social media platform for the past couple of days since the two teams qualified for the final.

'Mauka-Mauka' and 'Baap Kaun Hai' campaigns have been going on social media for quite sometime.

India had defeated Pakistan in the group stage of the tournament.

Riding on Fakhar Zaman's hundred and brilliant fifties from Azhar Ali and Mohammed Hafeez, Pakistan posted massive 338 runs for the loss of four wickets in 50 overs.

India in reply were bowled out for 158 runs in 30.3.

India were defending the title.

They had won it in 2013 by beating England.
