India decides to open civilian nuclear programme to greater scrutiny

New Delhi, June 23 (IBNS):India on Monday said the Central government has decided to ratify an agreement with the International Atomic Energy Agency (IAEA) in order to expand oversight of the country's civilian nuclear programme.
