Rang Rasiya: Ketan Mehta slapped legal notice by Ravi Varma's granddaughter

Mumbai, Nov 5 (IBNS) Filmmaker Ketan Mehta's most awaited film 'Rang Rasiya', based on Raja Ravi Varma, the father of modern Indian art, is once again broiled in controversy. The illustrious painter's granddaughter, Indira Devi Kunjamma who is based in Kerala, has sent a legal notice to Ketan Mehta, asking him to stop the release of the film on the grounds that Ketan Mehta has portrayed Raja Ravi Varma in an erotic manner.

Mumbai, Oct 22 (IBNS): A brand new video of the fourth song from upcoming film 'Rang Rasiya' has been released. 'Rang Rasiya' is based on the controversial life of 19TH century painter Raja Ravi Varma. The song titled O Kamini is a sensuous number sung by the talented Sonu Nigam.
