Chinese firm seeks Rs 12.35bn dues from Pakistan for power project

Beijing: A leading state-owned Chinese firm has voiced its concern on delay of payments and asked Pakistan's Ministry of Energy (power division) to release Rs 12.35 billion as Transmission Service Payment (TSP) related to 660 kV Matiari-Lahore High Voltage Direct Current (HVDC) Transmission Line for September 2021 to February 2022, media reports said.
