Anupam Kher meets PM Narendra Modi

Mumbai, June 23 (IBNS): Actor Anupam Kher has met Prime Minister Narendra Modi and said it was a pleasure to meet him.

"It is always a pleasure and an honour to meet #PrimeMinister @narendramodi. Spent some time with him. Love his enthusiasm, energy and vision for our country. Jai Ho. ," Kher tweeted.

Anupam Kher is currently busy acting in The Accidental Prime Minister movie.

Kher will be portraying the character of Manmohan Singh, ex-Indian PM, in the movie.

Singh had served as the PM of India from 2004 to 2014.

Recently, Kher unveiled the actors who will be playing two interesting characters in the movie.

Divya Seth Shah will be portraying the role of Singh's wife Gursharan Kaur in the film.

While Ram Avatar Bhardawaj will play the role of ex-PM Atal Bihari Vajpayee.
