Atletico De Kolkata gear up to face Delhi Dynamos

Kolkata, Oct 17 (IBNS) After winning two matches on the trot Atletico De Kolkata is back in the city on Friday to face the Delhi Dynamos in the upcoming fixture on Sunday.

Atlético De Kolkata roared in the Highlander’s den when they beat the Northeast United FC 2-0, the encounter, many termed as ‘Derby of the East’, giving enormous joy to the football fans across the city of Kolkata.

The tickets are flying from the counters at the box office in Salt Lake Stadium with fans lining up for the big match on Sunday.

Sourav Ganguly, Ex-Indian Cricket team Captain and Co-Owner Atlético De Kolkata said, “It is a great start to our campaign and I am ecstatic with the manner how the 10 men team turned the game last night to win it for Kolkata. I urge all the fans of football to come and support your team at all the matches at Salt Lake Stadium. Your cheers will act as a huge boost when we take on Delhi Dynamos on Sunday.”

Atletico De Kolkata’s marquee player and team Captain Luis Garcia said, “Obviously it feels great to win back to back matches and to have a great start in ISL. The win in Guwahati will give us the much needed confidence ahead of the coming matches. The ground along with the crowd was fantastic it couldn’t have been a better start for Atletico de Kolkata in ISL.”
