Baloch Students’ Council protest against ‘enforced disappearance’ of student in Islamabad

The Baloch Students’ Council (BSC) Islamabad has expressed outrage over the alleged ‘enforced disappearance’ of a Baloch student in Islamabad by Pakistan intelligence officials.

The missing student was identified as  Imtiyaz Alam.

He recently graduated from PMAS Arid University in Human Nutrition and Dietetics.

According to reports, he is currently pursuing his MPhil degree from the National Institute of Health, Islamabad.

The BSC claimed he was ‘forcibly disappeared’ by unknown men in plain clothes from the Hostel City, Islamabad, around 3:00 pm on Wednesday, February 28, reported The Balochistan Post.

Alam was later released.
