Ashok Leyland May 2019 figures down by 4 pc

Mumbai, Jun 3 (UNI) Commercial Vehicle Major, Ashok Leyland Ltd has reported a drop of 4 per cent in its May 2019 total sales at 13172 units as against 13659 units in May 2018.

The company has sold 8946 M&HCVs during May 2019, a drop of 14 per cent Year-on-Year from sales of 10421 units in May 2018, company release said.

The company has posted 31 per cent jump in sales of LCVs during May 2019 at 4226 units as compared to 3238 units in May 2018.
