Bengal Institute of Business Studies holds its annual biz plan competition for its MBA students

Kolkata, Mar 26 (IBNS): Bengal Institute of Business Studies (BIBS), a Kolkata-based well-known management institution recently organised its annual business plan competition titled “Ultimate Start-up Plan 2019” for its MBA students.

The panel of judges included Apurva Salapuria, co-founder Kolkata Angels; Biswadeep Das, Head Brandshoot ventures; Samir Batra, Director, UD Marketing; Utkarsh Bansal, Director, Utkarsh India; Vasant Subramanyam, National President, Indo-American Chamber of Commerce; and Viresh Oberoi, President, TIE Kolkata.

Speaking on this occasion, Vidur Kapoor, Chairman, BIBS, said, "India is passing through a very challenging phase, both economically and socially. We need young entrepreneurs who are confident of their abilities, have the flexibility to adapt to changing scenarios and the heart to take on the world."

Students, officials, faculties from BIBS and other guests were present on this occasion.

Bengal Institute of Business Studies has been adjudged as the second best B School in Kolkata by Times B School survey and rated A** by CRISIL, the only B School in West Bengal to get this honor.

The institute has entered into tie ups with NSE Academy & PwC in offering industry-aligned courses
