Coca-Cola India announces new HR Head for India and South West Asia

Kolkata, Feb 28 (IBNS): Beverage maker Coca-Cola India has announced the appointment of Nishi Kulshreshtha Chaturvedi as Vice President, Human Resources, India and South West Asia.

Nishi will lead talent recruitment and advancement, performance enablement, and leadership development functions for the company in India and South West Asia.

Nishi Kulshreshtha Chaturvedi, a Coca-Cola veteran who has risen through the ranks within the Coca-Cola system, joined the company in 2012, as National Head - Human Resources as part of Hindustan Coca-Cola Beverages Pvt. Ltd (HCCB).

During her stint with HCCB, Nishi worked as HR Business Partner, led leadership talent acquisition, and women leadership development along with mentoring initiatives. In her previous role, as Director – Workplace Accountability, she was pivotal in overseeing the implementation of the Coca-Cola Human & Workplace Rights.

Announcing the news, T. Krishnakumar, President, Coca-Cola India & South West Asia, said, “We at Coca-Cola are committed to developing and nurturing internal talent.  Nishi has extensive experience and a natural flair for working with people in bringing out the best in them. Within the Coca-Cola System, Nishi has played a significant role in leading the talent management strategy and ensuring legal workplace compliance.

She is passionate about diversity and is a strong advocate for women leadership and development. She also led the Bottling Investments Group (BIG) - Women Leadership Development Program— “Achieve your Best Self”.

Nishi has 20 plus years of work experience in Human Resources across FMCG, Healthcare, Oil & Gas and Energy sectors working with Schneider Electric, Cairn Energy and Baxter Healthcare prior to Coca-Cola.
