DHFL launches a 'DHFL Wealth2Health'

New Delhi, June 24 (IBNS): Housing finance company DHFL on Wednesday announced the launch of ‘DHFL Wealth2Health’, a product with unique combinations of Fixed Deposit and Loan-Against-Deposit along with a Wealth2Health card that will enable customers with multiple healthcare benefits.

DHFL has entered into an agreement with Vidal Healthcare Services Pvt Ltd, an integrated healthcare and wellness services company in India, to launch this unique product to benefit the customers.

DHFL Wealth2Health deposit allows individual customers to use their Fixed Deposits to pay for any healthcare expenses, without having to exit the fixed deposit.

The Fixed Deposit offers the customer with a Wealth2Health card which entitles the customer to a host of free healthcare benefits like Cashless access to network hospitals, Discounts ranging from 5% to 25% on various medical services & diagnostic tests, Access to a doctor 24/7 over the phone and Free second opinion service from a panel of specialist doctors.

The existing accidental death insurance cover of Rs. 1 Lakh to individual depositors, for all DHFL Fixed deposits, is also available with Wealth2Health deposits free of cost.

On the Wealth2Health Fixed Deposits, Harshil Mehta, CEO, DHFL said, “We are happy to be amongst the first companies to launch this unique product which is a result of our in-depth knowledge and understanding about the customer requirements in the country. The DHFL Wealth2Health Fixed Deposit functions like a normal FD  providing high returns and high safety, but when the customer requires any medical assistance this deposit provides a high liquidity as well and enables the customer to use their money without actually having to pre-maturely withdraw the deposits. The hosts of other benefits associated with the card further add to the customer delight.”
