Gujarat firm gives massive Diwali bonus to employees

Surat, Oct 20 (IBNS) : With Diwali round the corner, a Surat- based diamond firm has gifted brand new cars, diamond jewellery and even homes to his employees who have met targets for the year.

Palki Savjibhai Dholakia runs the Hrishikesh Exporters.

"This is part of our rewards for loyalty programme for employees who have shown high degree of performance in the past five years," Savji Dholakia, chairman and managing director of Hari Krishna Exports told The Economic Times.

The company has given its gifts to 1200 employees, reports said.

According to reports, the company set aside  Rs 50 crore budget for the incentives.
