New Delhi, Jun 12 (UNI) India Bulls Housing Finance Ltd (IBHFL) on Wednesday mentioned the matter before the Supreme Court vacation bench, that the company was facing share loss due to press reports on a plea filed by a milk vendor and top court should hear the case on an urgent basis.

"Ingenious and novel technique are being adopted by a blackmailer," Dr Abhishek Manu Singhvi, senior lawyer appearing for India Bulls Housing Finance Ltd, submitted to the apex court vacation bench, headed by Justice Indira Banerjee.

The company says it would prefer the apex court to take up urgently the writ petition filed against it.
