Indian Market: Rupee recovers by 21 paise against USD paise to 70.03 against the greenback, erasing losses of two

Mumbai, Apr 26 (UNI) The Rupee on Friday smartly recovered by 21 sessions, on fresh selling of US Dollars by exporters, dealers at Forex Market said. 

Sliding by 65 paise in couple of days, the local unit rose by 12 paise to 70.12 in early trade. Till the end of the day it rallied by 21 paise to end positive at 70.03 as compared to its last close.


High oscillation was witnessed during the day as it registered day high and low at 70.22 and 69.96 respectively.


Weak dollar against other world currencies pushed the Indian currency up, dealer informed.
